We are expanding rapidly across Hindi-speaking states and are looking for aggressive, target-driven Business Development Managers.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective strategies to achieve revenue growth. Other responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Competitive Analysis
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and an ability to develop growth-oriented business plans
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
