At Maxposure Limited, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, drive growth, and help shape innovative digital solutions across domestic and international markets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, private, domestic, and global markets.
- Connect with key decision-makers through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
- Lead tendering and bidding processes with cross-functional teams.
- Create compelling client pitches featuring:
- Storytelling and solution concepts
- Mock-ups, prototypes, and demos
- Comparative solution analysis
- Commercial proposals, revenue projections, and P&L models
- Develop business plans, project scope, and pricing strategies with internal teams.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Build long-term client relationships while driving repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of Business Development experience.
✔ Strong commercial acumen and business planning skills.
✔ Experience creating proposals, commercial models, and client presentations.
✔ Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
✔ Ability to work closely with leadership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Someone looking to build a long-term career—not just the next job.
Bonus Points If You Have
⭐ MBA from a reputed institute.
⭐ Experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Solutions, Media, Publishing, or Technology.
