We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager with 3 - 5+ Years of experience to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive high‑value business partnerships. The ideal candidate will handle end‑to‑end sales cycles, build strong client relationships, and lead revenue‑focused strategies.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate must be able to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, bring in new clients independently, and consistently drive revenue growth.
- Build and manage high‑value client relationships.
- Lead strategic sales planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Mentor junior sales/BD teams and support overall targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Experience with international markets (US/UK preferred).
- On‑site interview mandatory; work from office.
