Key Responsibilities
* Engage with prospective learners to understand their career aspirations, background, and learning needs
* Conduct structured conversations to position relevant programs effectively
* Build trust and credibility through clear, value-driven communication
* Manage the complete engagement lifecycle — from first interaction to final conversion
* Maintain a consistent and healthy pipeline through regular follow-ups and tracking
* Handle objections and guide prospects toward informed decision-making
* Achieve and exceed monthly performance targets through a disciplined approach
* Ensure accurate data management, reporting, and adherence to internal processes
* Collaborate with team members and managers to refine strategies and improve conversion outcomes
Candidate Profile
* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
* Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
* Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Relevant Experience (if any)
