Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying, developing, and executing strategic business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, building lasting relationships with stakeholders, managing sales pipelines, and preparing proposals tailored to client needs. The role also involves conducting market research to identify new trends, creating detailed business plans, and collaborating with internal teams to customize solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gwalior.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation.
- Experience in Client Conversions and Customer Engagement.
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Market Research, and Sales Pipeline Management.
- Knowledge of Proposal Writing, Contract Management, and Deliverable Planning.
- Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a compulsory.
- Proven experience in business development, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
