Role Description
This is a full-time and on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager is required to identify and nurture new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and expand market presence.
Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, managing client accounts, conducting market research and analysis, and creating proposals to meet sales targets. The role involves liaising with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Business Development, Account Management, and Relationship Building
Strong analytical and Market Research skills
Experience in Strategic Planning and Proposal Development
Excellent communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
Knowledge of the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related industries is highly desirable
Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive growth
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Eligibility
5+ years of experience.
Nutraceutical experience is a must.
