The Core ExpectationYour success in this role is measured by one metric: Closed Business. We are not looking for someone to just send emails or generate reports. We need a powerhouse who takes complete ownership of the sales target and executes whatever strategy is required—whether that means cold calling, aggressive digital networking, or hitting the pavement for in-person pitches—to bring revenue into the agency.
Key Responsibilities- Active Field Sales & Networking: Step out of the office to meet corporate decision-makers, attend industry events, and pitch directly to clients face-to-face.
- End-to-End Prospecting: Actively research, map, and source a pipeline of B2B clients using LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct cold outreach.
- Consultative Pitching: Lead discovery sessions with business owners to understand their exact needs—whether they require a new mobile app, a Meta/Google ad strategy, or a full video production campaign.
- Proposal & Solution Mapping: Work closely with our internal technical and creative teams to align on project scopes, present tailored proposals via live pitches, and handle objections.
- Closing Contracts: Confidently negotiate deal terms, project values, or monthly retainers, ensuring a win-win closure for both the client and the agency.
What We Are Looking For- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience closing new business in a digital marketing agency, software development company, or B2B corporate sales environment.
- Zero Hesitation for Field Work: A relentless drive to go wherever the business is. You must be comfortable traveling locally across Mumbai for client presentations and closures.
- The "Generalist" Mindset: You don't need to be a developer or a filmmaker, but you must understand how a website, an ad campaign, and creative content all work together to grow a business.
- Exceptional Communication: Flawless spoken and written English. You must be able to hold authoritative, confident business conversations with corporate CEOs, Founders, and Brand Managers.
- Pure Hunter Mindset: You are resilient, result-driven, and highly motivated by hitting targets and earning commissions.
What We Offer- Competitive Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on your experience and interview evaluation).
