🚀 Hiring: Business Development Manager

About The Role:
We’re looking for someone who knows how to start conversations, build relationships, and close deals without sounding robotic 👀
At our company, you’ll help brands discover our digital marketing, content creation, and UGC services.
If you enjoy talking to people, understanding what businesses need, and love the thrill of cracking a good deal, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
• Close deals for digital marketing, content & UGC services for our creative marketing agency.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, research & outbound outreach
• Handle cold calling, email & WhatsApp marketing
• Pitch tailored solutions to brands and businesses
• Manage client relationships and revenue targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ years in Business Development / Sales
• Understanding of performance marketing & digital funnels to sell.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce CRM & outreach tools preffered.
