Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for premium residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include prospecting through multiple channels, conducting client meetings and property presentations, coordinating site visits, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine value propositions, tracking market trends in Gurugram and NCR, and maintaining accurate records of leads, pipelines, and conversions in CRM tools. The Business Development Manager is expected to represent LX REALTY professionally at client events, industry gatherings, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate referrals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within real estate or related high-value consultative industries.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in leading client meetings and property discussions.
- Good understanding of the Gurugram and NCR real estate market, or strong willingness and ability to learn market dynamics quickly.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis of pipelines and sales metrics, and use of digital channels for lead generation and follow-up.
- Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple prospects and transactions concurrently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric mindset focused on long-term partnerships.
