Luxelan is seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager – Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, architects, builders, and referral associates for generating luxury interior and turnkey project business.
The role requires strong networking capabilities, relationship management skills, and the ability to generate consistent project leads and conversions through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, architects, builders, and consultants.
- Generate new business opportunities through partner networks and referrals.
- Identify potential residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury interior projects.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and project discussions with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with internal Design, Execution, and Accounts teams for smooth project flow and closures.
- Manage channel partner agreements, commission structures, and business coordination.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with partners for lead generation and project updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through sales.
- Represent Luxelan at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
- Maintain database and CRM records of leads.
- Prepare reports related to lead status, closures, and business performance.
- Ensure high standards of client servicing and relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or turnkey projects preferred. (Optional)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to generate and convert leads through references and partnerships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
