Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities include developing and executing strategy plans, managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, engaging with potential clients, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support client needs and driving strategic initiatives will also be key aspects of your role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Partner Relationship Management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies for business growth.
- Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and understanding of sales analytics.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the SaaS or HR tech industry would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a proven track record of achieving targets.
