Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Jaipur. The responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The individual will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals while maintaining a strong understanding of the HR and workforce management industry. The role also involves analyzing market trends, contributing to business strategies, and meeting sales objectives consistently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Networking
- Experience with strategic Planning, Market Research, and Competitor Analysis
- Familiarity with CRM software and Sales Analytics tools
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- A deep understanding of HR management systems or SaaS platforms is a significant plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
