Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing sales pipelines. The role also involves market analysis, collaboration with internal teams to develop solutions, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategies
- Strong market research and analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and related technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the HR technology or SaaS industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
