Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales and expansion efforts in the solar and energy sectors. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions for client challenges. The role also involves market analysis to identify emerging trends, providing inputs for product enhancements, and representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Sales, Contract Negotiations, and Lead Generation
- Knowledge of Renewable Energy, Solar Technologies, and Energy Management Systems
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Competitor Research, and Trend Identification
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of the AI, analytics, and wireless technology landscape is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field
