Role Description
* Drive B2B revenue growth by surpassing targets through the recruitment of new franchisees in MP. Job involves travelling.
* Identify and engage with prospective clients, ensuring the fulfillment of ambitious sales objectives.
* Spearhead the conception, execution, and enhancement of dynamic marketing strategies to attract new franchisees.
* Deliver compelling business presentations to cultivate partnerships with potential associates.
* Conduct thorough city profiling and comprehensive market surveys to identify prime locations for new franchise ventures.
* Evaluate the compatibility of prospect profiles to ensure optimal selection of business partners.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, fostering seamless collaboration for the successful operation of franchise establishments.
* Maintain meticulous bi-weekly reports to monitor progress, ensuring accountability for meetings and communications.
* Undertake comprehensive market surveys, conduct catchment analyses, and assess the franchise's market potential to inform strategic decision-making.
* Drive the operationalization of centers within the defined turnaround time, while upholding standards of reporting excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (Industry Preference - Preschool / Education/ Edtech/Financial Products/Space Selling/Radio/Media Sales)
- Strong negotiation, Sales, Followup and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the education industry and preschool market will be preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field
