🔥 Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring a target-driven and growth-focused Business Development Manager who understands client handling and project-based sales. Experience in the Interior Design industry will be an added advantage.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert leads for residential & commercial interior projects
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Coordinate with designers and execution teams
• Close projects and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Build long-term client relationships
• Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline
💰 Compensation & Incentives
• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
• Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives
• High earning potential for strong closers
• Growth opportunities within expanding branch operations
📌 Experience & Industry
• Experience: 1–4 years in Sales / Business Development
• Industry Preference: Interior Design (Preferred, not mandatory)
✅ Skills Required
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand client requirements and close deals
- Basic CRM & MS Office knowledge
