Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Hyderabad. The individual will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, executing client presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and maximize opportunities to enhance services. The role requires proactive engagement with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored event solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, and negotiation
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze business and market trends
- Proficiency in strategic planning and account management
- Leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in event management or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
