Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The role includes identifying and nurturing business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and creating strategic plans to meet revenue objectives. Responsibilities involve market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and fostering partnerships to drive growth. Collaboration with internal teams to align business goals and promote the company’s services will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiations
- Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop leads, and drive results
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven experience in the consulting or professional services industry is a plus
- Familiarity with government policies and MSME ecosystem is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
