Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our teams through data analysis, trend forecasting, online marketing strategies, and effective communication. The candidate will manage key e-commerce accounts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key account managers and customers
* Develop and deliver sales presentations and presentation strategies
* Understand client objectives and guide internal teams on strategic marketing goals
* Identify project risks proactively and create mitigation strategies
* Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
* Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
* Forecast and track key account metrics such as sales performance and annual forecasts
* Prepare reports on account status and business performance
* Use data analytics to recommend strategies to improve sales and revenue
* Coordinate with internal teams including Customer Care, Sales Operations, Digital/Content, and Management
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management and project coordination abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
* Flexible team player with strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
* Experience in brand management and forecasting will be an advantage
