Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The main responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with leads, converting them into successful enrollments, and managing client accounts. The selected candidate will also engage with prospective students or clients, effectively communicate course offerings, and meet targets for business growth and sales. Working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement strategies is also expected.
Pay: Upto INR 35000 per month

Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Account Management and building client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Understanding of business principles and the ability to drive growth
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the education, consulting, or services sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus
