Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune Division. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and clients, developing and implementing strategies to expand market presence, and negotiating and closing business deals. Daily tasks include research and analysis of market trends, collaborating with internal sales and marketing teams, and monitoring progress against sales targets to ensure alignment with overall business goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Building, and Account Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Proven abilities in Negotiation, Deal Structuring, and Contract Management
  • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, Marketing Automation Platforms, and Sales Pipeline Management
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
