Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new hotel management, lease, and franchise opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors, and hospitality consultants.
- Conduct market research and evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Lead discussions and negotiations with prospective partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development within the hospitality industry.
- Prior experience with a hotel management company, hotel chain, hospitality consulting firm, or real estate developer is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hotel management agreements, market analysis, and the hospitality business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
