Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi,for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and implementing strategies to drive growth. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing client communications, preparing proposals, building partnerships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Partnership Management
- Proven skills in Communication, Relationship Management, and Client Outreach
- Experience in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Proposal Presentation
- Effective Team Collaboration and Coordination abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and similar business software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Previous experience in the education or immigration consulting sectors is a plus
