Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. Key tasks include market research, lead generation, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
- Business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
- Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other business development software
- Experience in the garment trims, apparel, or packaging industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
