Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include market research, creating detailed business plans, reaching out to potential clients, and negotiating contracts. The Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals and ensure client satisfaction.

- Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and strategic partnership building
- Ability to create and implement effective business strategies and plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries is advantageous
