We work closely with educational institutions, universities, and training centers to simplify student outreach and admissions across India.
Role Overview : We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to lead institutional partnerships and revenue growth in the Bangalore region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, partner acquisition, territory management, and strategic negotiations within the education or EdTech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard universities, colleges, coaching institutes, and training centers as strategic B2B partners.
- Drive revenue growth through institutional tie-ups and long-term partnership agreements.
- Develop and execute territory plans for Bangalore and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain CXO-level and decision-maker relationships within institutions.
- Lead face-to-face meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for smooth partner onboarding and execution.
- Represent KollegeApply at education fairs, networking events, and industry meets.
Eligibility & Skills
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development (Education/EdTech preferred).
- Strong network within Bangalore’s education ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong territory management and field sales experience.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker, and performance-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka.
- Own vehicle preferred.
