Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscape.
2. Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Address client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Operations:
· Oversee the sales team performance and ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting.
· Monitor sales metrics and KRAs to track performance of team and identify areas for improvement.
· Strong follow up for Payment Recovery.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
· Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
· Able to prepare contribution for product based on variable cost.
· Have thorough knowledge of Transportation, costing and commercial Feasibility of product.
5. Collaboration:
· Work closely with Supply Chain, Technical and Accounts depts to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
· Participate in cross-functional meetings to drive initiatives and support company goals.
Competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Digital Marketing tools.
· Ability to analyze sales data and produce actionable insights.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
· BE +MBA
· B Sc +MBA
· Min 7 yrs of core sales experience in Industrial Sector.
