Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Indore. The individual will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include market research, client relationship management, creating and executing business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, provide actionable insights, and represent the company in various professional forums and meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Proficiency in market research, business strategy, and opportunity identification
- Experience in financial services, portfolio management, and investment strategies
- Knowledge of stock market operations, trading, and dealing with financial instruments
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Familiarity with SEBI and RBI regulations is a plus
- Prior experience in investment management or business development roles is advantageous
