Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships with brands, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, branding, influencer marketing, or event management industries and should possess strong networking and client acquisition capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across industries including lifestyle, fashion, FMCG, hospitality, real estate, luxury, startups, D2C, B2B brands
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, references, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and pitch customized marketing solutions
- Coordinate with internal creative, digital, influencer, and operations teams for proposal development
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Drive revenue targets and business growth initiatives
- Attend industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and business pipeline reports
