Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our institutional partnerships. In this role, you will be the primary face of Knowspire, responsible for identifying potential partner institutions, pitching our comprehensive suite of services, and closing strategic deals. You will also oversee the successful integration of our courses and services within these institutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Institutional Outreach & Pitching: Identify and visit higher education institutions to pitch Knowspire’s services, including skill development programs, research support, and ranking enhancement strategies.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and follow-up to negotiation and final deal closure.
- Service Portfolio Promotion: Effectively communicate the value of our seven core service verticals, such as workshops, academic conferences, and industry integration.
- Course Oversight: Act as a liaison between Knowspire and the institution to oversee the implementation and delivery of certified courses (AICTE, NCVTC, Skill India etc).
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with institutional leadership, including Principals, Directors, and Faculty.
- Strategic Travel: Travel to various institutions as required to conduct presentations, attend meetings, and finalize agreements.
Requirements:- Education: We consider any valuable knowledge. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA or academic background is a plus).
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or institutional tie-ups, preferably within the education or edutech sector. Freshers are welcomed.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior academic leaders.
- Operational Management: Ability to oversee project implementation and ensure course standards meet institutional expectations.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively to partner sites and institutions.
