Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, creating business development strategies, preparing proposals, meeting potential clients, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to align services with client needs while ensuring superior customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills, including identifying opportunities, creating proposals, engaging with clients, and securing contracts.
- Excellent market research and analytical abilities to effectively assess trends and inform strategies.
- Proven negotiation and communication skills to build and sustain strategic partnerships.
- Experience with operational collaboration, including coordinating with internal teams and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Proficiency in using IT systems and tools for documentation, reporting, and tracking tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in or knowledge about the industrial services sector, particularly HT/LT machinery and rewinding services, is highly desirable.
- Mandatory experiance in industrial sales, cemen, power, steel will be added benefit.
