Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for our on-site office in Gurgaon. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business proposals, managing sales pipelines, organizing client presentations, and collaborating with teams to ensure tailored service delivery. The ideal candidate will represent the company at networking events and contribute to achieving organizational goals through strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in creating business proposals and conducting market research
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the education or consulting sector will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM and relevant business software tools
