Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Kairox. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. They will analyze market trends, generate sales leads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and improve client experiences. The role involves meeting sales targets, presenting customized solutions, and representing Kairox in industry events and partnerships.

- Strong relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in technology, talent acquisition, or HR solutions is a plus
