Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, delivering presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing insights and feedback to develop and refine strategies to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including skills in market research and data interpretation
- Proficiency with CRM tools and business management software
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage projects efficiently
- Familiarity with eCommerce or the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
