Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building partnerships, and presenting innovative solutions to potential clients. This role involves market analysis, expansion planning, nurturing long-term relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role also includes preparation of sales strategies and proposals as well as ongoing monitoring of market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Partnership Development
- Proven skills in Negotiation, Networking, and Business Development
- Ability to create detailed Business Proposals and deliver impactful Presentations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in tools and platforms related to analytics and CRM systems
- Knowledge of the food-tech or retail industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
