Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Managers located in Jorhat & Silchar. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, generating sales leads, and strategizing to meet sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to market products effectively, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction while driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Identifying Business Opportunities
- Effective Communication, Networking, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve organizational goals
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software
- Self-driven with the ability to meet targets and work under deadlines
- Experience in the power equipment or related industry is an advantage
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
