Key Responsibilities
Represent Join In Campus and promote services to student recruitment partners and counselors
Drive student recruitment and achieve regional targets
Build, manage, and engage with recruitment partners through regular communication
Identify and onboard new student recruitment partners and business opportunities
Negotiate terms of engagement and provide training to student recruitment partners and their teams
Guide student recruitment partners to improve student enrollment quality and volume
Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies
Conduct market research to maximize international student outreach
Lead company-organized marketing events and activities
Take ownership of additional responsibilities as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
3yr+ Experience in overseas education / international student recruitment (Mandatory)
Background in student counseling or career counseling preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent client management and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of study abroad programs and university application processes
Highly organized with strong time management skills
