The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company in CAR LEASE SEGMENT /AUTO LEASE This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute sales strategies, including setting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, creating
action plans, and tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on market insights and trends.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach and networking.
Onboard new clients, finalizing agreements, and converting opportunities into signed contracts to expand
revenue channels and market penetration.
Client Relationship & Revenue Management
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels, resolve issues promptly, and secure
repeat business and referrals.
Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets from new and existing clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual Responsibilities
Specialized Channel Development
Develop and expand specialized sales channels in targeted verticals, including school bus
fleets/schools/educational institutions and ambulance/emergency medical services
Establish partnerships, channel networks, and vertical-specific outreach programs to achieve defined growth
targets in these sectors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing, support) to align sales strategies with
company goals, improve product/service knowledge, and deliver integrated client solutions.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, advancements, regulatory
changes, and growth opportunities in transportation and fleet sectors.
Qualifications
- Proven 5-10 yrs of exp in Car leasing segment will be added advantage
- Should have knowledge of Finance and reading basic balance sheet of company
- Must have advance excel knowledge and good Mathematical skills
