🚨 Hiring – Business Development Manager (MICE Sales) 🚨
An organization in the travel and events industry is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to strengthen its MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) sales team.
📍 Position: Business Development Manager – MICE
📍 Location: Noida (Work from Office)
📍 Experience Required: 4–6 Years
📍 Working Model: 6 Days a Week – Work from Office
Role Overview
This role focuses on driving business growth within the MICE segment by building strong corporate relationships, generating new leads, and delivering customized event solutions for clients across industries.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience in the MICE, travel, or service industry, with the ability to understand client needs and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop relationships with corporate clients to expand the MICE business portfolio.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Understand client requirements and design customized MICE solutions aligned with their objectives.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
• Travel across India for sales meetings and event coordination when required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the MICE industry.
Skills Required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building ability
• Proven sales track record in target-driven environments
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced business environment
Experience & Eligibility
• 4–6 years of experience in MICE sales, travel industry, or related service sectors.
• Candidates based in East Delhi, Noida, South Delhi, or Central Delhi will be preferred.
