🚀 Hiring: Business Development Manager – MICE
📍 Location: Noida (Work from Office – 6 days a week)
A leading organization in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) industry is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales and expand client relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to grow the MICE portfolio
• Generate sales leads, build a strong pipeline, and achieve revenue targets
• Understand client requirements and design customized MICE solutions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution
• Travel within India and internationally for client meetings and MICE groups
• Track market trends, competition, and new business opportunities
🔹 Requirements:
• 4–6 years of sales experience in MICE / Travel / Service industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales and relationship management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Candidates preferably based in East Delhi, Noida, South Delhi, or Central Delhi
