We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in IT Staffing & Managed Services within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, closing deals, and identifying high-value business opportunities in a competitive market.

βœ”οΈ Business Growth & Sales

  • Identify and acquire new clients in Pharma & Life Sciences
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Deliver impactful client presentations and proposals

βœ”οΈ Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities

βœ”οΈ Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

βœ”οΈ Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with internal IT, Operations, and Marketing teams
  • Ensure smooth project execution and client delivery

βœ”οΈ Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Close deals aligned with business targets

βœ”οΈ Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain sales pipeline and forecasts
  • Provide regular updates to leadership


🎯 Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years in Business Development / Sales / Account Management (IT Services preferred)
  • Strong exposure to Pharma & Life Sciences domain
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel
