Requirements
Iolen is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our tech capabilities and our clients, leveraging a strong background in software sales, marketing, and branding to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities * Pipeline Generation: Develop and execute strategic marketing and branding initiatives to generate robust inbound and outbound leads.
- Software Sales: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for software and tech solutions, from initial prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing contracts.
- Tech-Driven Growth: Leverage technology solutions and modern CRM tools to identify, track, and convert new business opportunities.
- Client Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique digital and technological needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal product development and digital marketing teams to align sales strategies with technical offerings and market demands.
Qualifications * Proven track record as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role within the tech or digital sector.
- Extensive, hands-on experience in software sales, particularly in closing B2B deals.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing marketing and branding strategies for effective lead generation.
- Strong understanding of tech solutions, digital marketing landscapes, and the software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
