๐ Weโre Hiring: Business Development Manager โ B2B Trade Shows
Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building strong client relationships? Weโre looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive exhibition space sales for B2B trade shows.
๐น Role Overview
You will be responsible for selling exhibition space to brands, corporates, and industry players across our portfolio of B2B trade events. This is a high-impact, target-driven role with strong earning potential.
๐น Key Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with potential exhibitors across relevant industries
* Pitch and sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and branding opportunities
* Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients
* Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation โ pitching โ negotiation โ closure
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
* Achieve monthly and event-wise revenue targets
๐น Who Weโre Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales / exhibition sales / event sales / corporate sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
* Experience in trade shows or media sales is a big plus
