Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Model Town for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will oversee efforts to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and create strategic plans to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align objectives. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and ensuring long-term partnerships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
- Experience in Negotiation, Proposal Writing, and Contract Management
- Excellent Communication Skills, Presentation, and Interpersonal Abilities
- Understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, and automation processes is advantageous
- Result-driven with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business development or related role
