Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to grow the company's market presence. The role includes managing client communications, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the design and execution teams to meet client requirements. The manager will also oversee business forecasts and contribute to achieving revenue growth targets while fostering strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills, with the ability to understand market trends and develop strategies accordingly
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge in interior design or construction industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales management software is advantageous
