Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Females Only
Location: Gachibowli – Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM-3:30 AM(EST Time Zone)
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the manufacturing industry.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with manufacturing companies and possess strong expertise in B2B sales, client acquisition, account management, and business expansion.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint across manufacturing sectors such as automotive, industrial engineering, heavy machinery, electronics, fabrication, FMCG, and industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing sectors.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturing plants, suppliers, and industrial clients.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Understand client manufacturing processes and recommend suitable solutions/services.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Work closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams to deliver client requirements.
- Develop strategic business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct client presentations, business meetings, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain strong customer engagement and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and manufacturing industry developments.
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting reports through CRM tools.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Business Development/Sales within manufacturing industries.
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and industrial business models.
- Strong B2B sales and account management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to engage with plant heads, procurement teams, engineering managers, and decision-makers.
- Experience handling enterprise or industrial clients.
- Strong analytical and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales with manufacturing industry exposure
