Business Development Manager
Experience: 4–8 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our AI/GenAI product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling AI, SaaS, or technology solutions, with a strong ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for AI/GenAI products and solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demos, negotiations, and closures
- Engage with CXOs, product heads, and decision-makers across industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Understand client requirements and map them to AI-based solutions (LLMs, automation, analytics, etc.)
- Collaborate with technical teams to create custom proposals and solution pitches
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI opportunities
- Manage CRM pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales / business development (preferably in AI, SaaS, or IT services)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in consultative selling and solution-based approach
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (tech, product, marketing)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling AI/GenAI products, cloud solutions, or enterprise SaaS
- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP-based solutions
- Existing network with enterprise clients or startups
- MBA
