Job Title Manager/Sr Manager/AVP - Business Development
Reports to President – Sales
Work Location: Bengaluru
Key Deliverables:
- To carry out business development for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) consumers in Karnataka region for Wind, Solar, Wind Solar Hybrid -Capex and Opex solution.
- Generate leads and opportunities.
- Keep track of competition
- Improve the current market penetration, generating new business opportunities, deal closure and customer relationship management.
- Keep track of regulations in Karnataka and drive relationship therein.
Skills & Competencies
- Should have a proven track record in BD role for Industrial Products/Projects/Solution sales to Commercial and Industrial (C&I) consumers in Karnataka. Exposure to other Southern states will be plus.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Should have managed customers across Karnataka.
- Should have worked in highly agile environment.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
Qualification and Experience
- Min qualification – BE/Btech. MBA will be plus.
- 7 to 15 years’ experience
It is important that the candidate, has at least one of the following capabilities/experiences:
- IPP – Wind / solar sale
- Solar / Wind EPC – capex sale
- Power trading – Power solutions
- Capital goods / industrial capex sale – Industrial consumer relationship in the target market.
