📌 Job Description – Business Development Manager
Experience Required: 6–10 years Specialization:
- Minimum 2–3 years handling manufacturing clients
- Exposure to blue‑collar hiring // C2H (Contract‑to‑Hire) hiring
Locations: Delhi & Kolkata CTC Range: ₹10 LPA – ₹15 LPA
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives with manufacturing and allied industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
- Partner with HR teams to deliver blue‑collar and C2H hiring solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and design strategies to expand client base.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of mandates.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
✅ Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in business development / client acquisition.
- Strong network within manufacturing sector.
- Hands‑on experience in blue‑collar and C2H hiring models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
