๐ข Position Title Business Development Manager
๐ฏ Role Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to achieve organizational objectives.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
- Prepare and implement business development strategies
- Achieve sales and revenue targets as assigned
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
๐ค Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups
๐ Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and business activities
- Generate periodic MIS and business reports
๐ Market Expansion
- Explore partnerships with Government, NGOs, CSR agencies, and corporates
- Develop channel partners and business networks
- Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, and meetings
- Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations
๐ Performance Monitoring
- Track sales pipeline and conversion ratios
- Analyze business trends and prepare action plans
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets
๐ Qualification & Experience
- Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sector , or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
- Experience in Capacity Building Trainings, Renewable Energy, CSR, or Rural Development preferred
